KO Beef

Located in Tuttle, Oklahoma, KO Beef is a Future Farmers of America project for 15 yr old Kevin Osborn. Kevin hand selects angus calves born on their family farm, and finishes them on pasture, supplementing them on alfalfa. All KO Beef is aged 2-3 weeks to ensure tenderness, and the alfalfa supplement gives the meat a sweet, mild flavor with all the benefits of grass-finishing.
