Della Terra Fine Pasta

Chef Chris Becker has worked in New York City with some of the most acclaimed chefs in the country and it was there that his passion for pasta and Italian cuisine developed. Chef Becker began his career at Lupa, a Roman style Trattoria in Greenwich Village owned by celebrity Chef Mario Batali. Working with Mario and Chef Mark Ladner, he learned the heart and soul of Italian cooking. He later worked at Le Bernardin and the Modern, both French restaurants, where he learned refinement and focused technique with ingredient driven cuisine. It was at Del Posto, the only 4 star Italian restaurant in the country, that Chef Becker took those combined experiences and began to understand the essence of inspired cooking: cooking with passion, determination and the pursuit of the highest quality ingredients available.

Della Terra means “of the earth”.  His artisanal pasta is made with organic durum wheat semolina and water with no preservatives or additives whatsoever.  The Della Terra pasta line represents some of the most beloved and classic shapes of pasta as enjoyed for hundreds of years and is a true representation of simplicity and respect for the quality of ingredient.
