Crow Farms
Located in Earlsboro, the Crow family has been growing fresh fruits and vegetables since 1987 when they
started with 5 acres of watermelons and cantaloupe and an acre of assorted vegetables. Their two sons grew
up farming, paid for their college education with farming and have now re-joined the family operation. Currently
they grow 40 acres of assorted produce including asparagus, beans, beets, broccoli, cabbage, cantaloupe,
corn, cucumbers, eggplant, okra, onions, peas, peppers, potatoes, pumpkins, radishes, squash, tomatoes,
turnips, and zucchini. They are not an organic operation but do use reduced risk pesticides, organic pesticides,
and follow chemical labels and do research any time they introduce a new product to their operation. Spraying is only done when absolutely necessary and beneficial insects are used.

In December of 2006 they purchased Stratford Greenhouses. This gave them an additional 9 greenhouses (two for hydroponic tomato production) and year-round capabilities.
