
Cordero Farms, located in Tryon, Oklahoma raises dairy lambs practicing rotational grazing on pastures free of pesticides, herbicides, or commercial fertilizers. Lambs eat no grain after weaning. This promotes high levels of omega 3’s and CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) in the meat. Dairy lambs produce meat that is lean, mild in flavor, and succulent.
Meat is processed and aged at a family-owned, USDA-inspected processor in Oklahoma.
