Conrad Farms
Located in Bixby and established in 1931, Conrad Farms is Oklahoma's largest on-farm market, growing 300 acres of vegetables. This includes some 60 different varieties of fruits and vegetables ranging from asparagus to zucchini. Some of their major crops are sweet corn, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, squash, radishes, greens, watermelons, and cantaloupes but they grow much more. They are a conventional operation when it comes to production method but they are certainly not industrial and use best practices when applying any pesticides or fertilizers.
